Job Title: REPORTING MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT
Location: MEX - Office - Corp Aguascalientes
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This role provides NAZ People Master Data to internal & external stakeholders, specifically supporting highly time-sensitive requests for Legal, Payroll, & Tax purposes. Our ideal candidate has a strong track record of delivering HR data to stakeholders and is committed to creating world-class customer experience for internal partners with a strong focus on data quality standards to ensure the master data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver calendarized, routine reports to internal & external stakeholders
Provide ADHOC reporting support for NAZ Legal Relations and NAZ People COE teams
Respond to Payroll Tax inquiries by gathering & summarizing
Obtain historical data from data storage systems that is not available in Workday
Support the maintenance of NAZ DL?s and inquires pertaining to Employee Communications
Prioritize the integrity and confidentiality of our People data at all times
Support in the performance of system tests when required for enhancements in workday and SAP
BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT

Manage, analyze, and resolve reporting inquiries to meet internal and external customer requirements

Minimize escalation from requestors

Ensure all SLA and KPI are Met in line to the teams goals and objectives.

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
Please list the following requirements
Level of educational attainment required:
Bachelors / Post Graduate in data relevant fields such as engineering, mathematics, statistics
Previous work experience:
Experience in HR Operations, specifically core HCM is required
Experience with Reporting and utilizing databases is required
Experience in Finance or Payroll is desired
Experience with Agile, Six Sigma methods, and project management is a plus
Language skills required:
English (Fluent)
IT skills:
Expert proficiency in Excel is required
SAP knowledge is required
Workday Core HCM is desired
Data lake experience such as BrewDat is desired
Visualization Tools such as Power BI is a plus
SQL knowledge is a plus
