THE ROLE

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will manage the full recruitment life-cycle, source candidates, conduct interviews, and improve hiring processes.

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment to fill highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions. This role will develop, plan, organize, lead, and implement hiring initiatives and strategies.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate requisitions, including hiring and onboarding new team members.

Identify top level talent by developing and executing talent sourcing plans for assigned business area. This includes internet research, networking, direct sourcing, team member referrals, advertisements, career events, associations, and other sources as needed. Develop a proactive pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

Analyze internal and external databases to identify suitable candidates.

Manage a 20+ open requisition load, filling positions within 32 days.

Screen and review resume and interview candidates to develop a pipeline to fill open roles, conducting interviews weekly.

Gather and submit relevant candidate information to hiring leaders, including a candidate's application, resume, HR interview notes, required testing, and reference check report.

Review job descriptions in order to understand the needs of hiring managers as well as ask relevant questions that will help identify the right candidate(s). Understand all aspects of the business lines supported, including core competencies, skill sets, and how they support the Company.

Partner with the Compensation team to assist hiring leaders on crafting compelling job descriptions.

Report on external trends and marketplace data.

Supervise and train recruiters



SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required:

Bachelor´s degree plus

Prior experience in similar roles

Outstanding communications skills, both verbal, written, and interpersonal

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in fast-paced environment

Strong work ethic and problem-solving ability

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to handle confidential personnel documents

Ability to organize, prioritize work and multi-task

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of apps

5+ years of corporate or prior full cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record

5+ years of research-based passive candidate sourcing experience

Prior experience in managing complex, matrixed hiring manager relationships, including the ability to support multiple leadership teams

Recent experience in strategic sourcing via emerging technologies, job boards, and social networking sites
