If you hold a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, and have 5+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, and traffic coordination, we want to hear from you.
What Youll Be Doing
As our Logistics Manager, you will play a key strategic and operational role. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring that goods are stored efficiently and safely.
Overseeing inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels, minimize losses, and improve rotation.
Leading reverse logistics efforts, ensuring returned goods are processed effectively and cost-efficiently.
Coordinating transportation and traffic operations, including route planning and carrier performance evaluation.
Negotiating with national and international suppliers and transportation providers, maintaining strong relationships and securing favorable contracts.
Developing and implementing logistics strategies that reduce costs, improve service levels, and streamline the supply chain.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess productivity, quality, and cost efficiency across logistics functions.
Managing and mentoring operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements in all logistics activities.
Collaborating with cross-functional departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Creating and controlling the annual logistics budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting service goals.
Participating in business planning meetings, contributing to decision-making with valuable insights from logistics operations.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in logistics, traffic, and distribution management.
Proven ability to manage warehouse teams and supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of inventory control, transportation, and reverse logistics.
Proficiency in English is essential for communicating with international stakeholders and analyzing logistics documentation and data.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
