Job Description
Rem Zen is seeking a skilled and dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support one of the American companies Rem Zen has a partnership with. You will act as a phone representative/receptionist. This is a call center modality. As a key member of our customer support team, your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. With strong proficiency in both English and Spanish, you will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and foster positive relationships across different sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently in both English and Spanish.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, striving to exceed their expectations.
Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM systems.
Collaborate with team members to find solutions and optimize customer service processes.
Maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience either as a call center agent, phone agent or receptionist.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with clients.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards assisting customers.
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other customer management tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
