What You?ll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with credit repair inquiries and services
Provide empathetic, clear, and professional communication to resolve customer concerns
What We?re Looking For:
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities
Previous experience in customer service or call center environment (preferred, not required)
Familiarity with U.S. financial services or credit systems is a plus
