We are looking for an Account Manager!
At Our Company, weve always believed that our customers are the heart and soul of our business. Thats why we need someone who can build and maintain long-term relationships with them. You will be the Keystone between our company and our customers to ensure their expectations are met. However account management isnt just about keeping customers happy. Its about identifying opportunities to grow our business. A great account manager is always on the lookout for upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Its a critical role that requires a deep understanding of our customers and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
Assisting The Company in managing and building relationships with clients.
Providing support to clients by answering their queries, resolving their issues and providing guidance on our Service Status
Collecting, analyzing and summarizing data related to client accounts and our services to help the team make informed decisions.
Assisting our operations team in preparing reports, presentations and proposals for clients.
Coordinating with other teams such as marketing, operations, compliance and Sales to ensure smooth and continuous client experience.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and client results from our services and operations.
In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, the Manager of Professional Services may be required to perform other duties and tasks as assigned by their supervisor or upper management.

Who are we looking for?
Strong analytical skills: The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven ability to
analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights from datasets.
Communication skills: The candidate should be able to effectively communicate data-driven
insights to operations and client teams in a clear and concise manner.
CS acumen: The candidate should have a basic understanding of Customer Service
processes and techniques, and a desire to develop their skills in this area.
Sales acumen: The candidate should have a basic understanding of sales processes and
techniques, and a desire to develop their skills in this area
Attention to detail: The candidate should be highly detail-oriented, with a keen eye for
accuracy and precision.
Self-motivated: The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently,
as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Excel, CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and
other sales technologies is a plus (Looker, Hubspot, Microsoft Office)
